Beverly Commons

They just went to paperless billing. Now they trying to scam me out of $25 fee which i dont have. They say my echeck had insufficient fund which is a lie. I called my bank and they never sendt a payment to my bank. The bank never seen anything from Beverly Commons. Now they want me to send in bank statements which I need to wait another week to come put. They have no idea how hard it is to not buy food, not buy things i need all just to make sure the money there. Just for them to lie and try to scam me out of $25. I been here 3 years and never had issues till new management cane in. They wont admit maybe it their new system messing up. Not happy

Everything has been such a pleasant and wonderful experience! We moved around New Years Day and Beverly Commons has been more than accommodating. We were able to get the keys a couple days before the 1st. Place nice and clean and ready for us. Everything works properly upon moving in. Neighbors have been peaceful enough, I barely hear anything (just occasional footsteps). Able to pay rent and do maintenance requests online. The leasing office team are all very helpful. The only thing is the laundry machine in our building doesn't work half the time I was told by friendly tenants. I hope if it keeps happening, maybe they will consider replacing the washing machine? I love my new and safe community. And Shaws and 24 hour CVS right behind parking lot.

We had such a wonderful experience with the Beverly Collection! Grace was amazing and she was so helpful. Because of her my son got the apartment he needed to make his year in Boston a great experience!

Rental Agent was courteous and professional. Property is clean, buildings are well maintained.

One of the best places I found to live since I moved back to Massachusetts people are friendly very friendly in the office very clean here we have a pool 24 hour gym clubhouse. It’s just amazing how it is what a difference everybody knows everybody and nobody touches nobody stop. I love it and you don’t get question anytime you have company or you don’t that’s the best pop everybody respects each other. Anyone looking for a one bedroom or studio this is the best place to apply. They do take housing.
