Statesboro Summit Apartments

This Apartment Tower in Statesboro Ga. Is old old. , it’s been around a lot of years, & let me tell you the New Manager is very Nice & she Explains Everything in detail & the areas are very Clean. I have not seen the apartments yet. She was busy with other things that was important to the people who live. But I can say at this point I am very impressed on how she is handling it now for it had been a place that needed someone like her.

My husband stays here I love it he don't have any roaches or bed bugs.they are under new management and she is definitely one of the best

My mother used to live there she suffer with dementia her doctor said someone have to be with her at all times so I used to come around 6 a.m. for a few hours until her nurse come then I'll come back at night and sit with her for a little while then leave around 12 a.m. .. but the management have a problem with me being there with my mother...... when their rule says that no overnight guests between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. which I was not there between them hours but they still had a problem with it and told my dimensional mother she had to move even with a doctor order....now I'm trying my damn hardest to find an attorney or a newscast that will help me with my mother life story

Have rented here for 2yrs. Convenient, mthly pest control visits, inspections, 90+ apts. Based on income & several community events in community room by lobby. Equivalent to usual apt buildings.
