I would not recommend that anyone use this company to purchase a home. Loretta Grant showed a property with multiple preexisting issues: water leak under the house,, no insulation under the house, cracks in the foundation, water leaks in the attic to name a few of the issues.to my 22 year old daughter and rushed her into signing a contract to purchase the house. Do not use this company they are deceitful. She is about her putting money in her pocket and not looking out for the buyer terrible experience DO NOT USE Loretta Grant or this company unless you plan on getting screwed and have to put a ton of money in your purchase

We purchased a property about 2 years ago. Fabulous Realty Company! Answered ALL of the questions we had and quickly as well. We enjoyed how well Statewide took care of us that we are having them assist our daughter in finding a new property. Mr. Thackston and everyone at Statewide are the best of the best in our eyes! (And highly recommend)!

BEWARE if you use this company. Make sure you keep all your bases covered because it seemed to us a lot of things were hidden from our knowledge as far as preexisting issues. Watch out for disclosures and make sure they are reported properly to you. We worked with sellers agent (& lawyer unknowingly) so when issues arose, they seemed less than honest with us about disclosing issues as well as the lawyer obviously representing the sellers best interest over ours. The real estate agent did not tell us when he recommended the lawyer that it was also the seller's lawyer either. We've had about $8k in issues since moving in our house. Appliances not disclosed as not working, running water went out for 8 DAYS , ac went out as well. This is within three days of moving in. Appraiser seemed in caho
