Worst experience I’ve had with a rental agency. It was such a struggle to even properly apply, and after that it took about 3 weeks for them to even process it. Once it was, all of the properties we were interested in were taken up. Not once were we even given the opportunity to tour any properties. It was such a waste of money and effort both me and my roommate had to deal with. Josh was nice though.

Shaelyn was the best realtor we could have ever asked for and made our first home buy experience a breeze! She communicated with use and our lender throughout the whole process, andswered any and all questions we had, was super flexible with my crazy work schedule, and went above and beyond to ensure we were getting the best deal and there were no loose ends. She was also so personable that I truly feel like we made a friend by the end of our closing. Thank you for everything!!

Was not represented properly, and agents or lying to other businesses in the area. Have photo proof with dates. Closed date was moved Three times to accommodate the buyer, not the seller who had to wait 5 days to receive funds from the awful treatment received from Amelia title. If they don’t have a seller that won’t have a buyer, so which means you don’t make a living…

If I could give zero stars I would. We moved out of the property and Remax decided to lock our mailbox so the post office couldn’t retrieve the mail. Then they proceeded to take down the old mailbox and put up a new one that is also locked. They have ignored every attempt we have made to get our mail. So they are illegally withholding our mail and we are going through the legal process of getting it back.
