We ‘worked’ with DAVE ANDERSON. At the beginning of the process, things were great... when things went south on the buyers end... he basically disappeared. It took WEEKS for responses.... he would not answer or return calls, texts, or emails..... we would have to send many many messages. We even had to call another member at the office to try to pick up the mess he created. It took so long that his seller was refusing to return our earnest money because it took so long!! It took us getting ready to file small claims to get him/the seller to return our money.... almost 8 MONTHS after we told him we weren’t going to go through with the purchase (because the place flooded several times and seller didn’t have flood insurance to fix it). I would NEVER EVER recommend state wide... at least not D
