Bought our first house with Starcha as our agent. We couldn't have been happier with her friendliness, attention to our needs and wants, and her punctuality and prompt responses. We could tell that she really took what we said to heart and helped find houses that fit our profile. We were able to put our full faith in her ability to do her job, which isn't always easy to do. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house. Our only regret is that we don't buy houses regularly to employ her services

Worst experience we ever had dealing with a realtor. Because it would have been a co-brokered deal Judy seemed to do everything possible to avoid our offer; not return phone calls, send over unsigned paperwork. The home sold for less than our offer. Felt sorry for the out of state owners that decided to list with her. Didn’t seem like Judy had the sellers best interest in mind. The whole experience seemed to board on unethical.

Working with Janet Woods was a very nice experience. She was always there every step of the way. Very professional, kind, and always kept me informed. Highly recommend her. Great experience!
