Im pretty sure my account was part of the FRAUD experienced at SMHA alliance that had gotten a few employees fired! I ALWAYS paid my rent. Im told NOW about an outstanding balance! I KNOW that documents have been falsified to state that I NEVER paid rent for over a yr! They say that I paid partial rents from the date i moved in (aug 2013) till a yr later (aug 2014) then I supposedly stopped paying altogether until April of 2015! I MOVED OUT IN FEBRUARY OF 2015! There were no hard feelings! I WASNT KICKED OUT FOR NON PAYMENT! As for partial payments... THAT NEVER HAPPENED bc they wouldnt accept anything less than the full amount via money order! They claim i owe nearly 5k and that I never paid them! Also claiming they took me to court and evicted me and are charging me for that too when the

We have an infestation of bed bugs but " we are in between exterminators at this time, so be patient" is all the answer I get... it's been 6 weeks and still nothing! I'm sooo tired of it the itching and being bit and r trashing my furniture... this is ridiculous. Was told I can't do anything but wait... stay away from the Hart apts

I live in these apartments and the people tht li e here is nosey and talk about everyone like grow up ya old hag been evicted twice they fault did i get a apology no they just post my business on my door to give others something to talk about like slide my mail under myFN door rent is cheap no utilities is why i stay i can offord it not use to one check a month i worked all my life now am disabled. Gotta get in where i fit in but this place is crazy the man down the hall from me beats on the walls but its ok for him to do that he a special kind of crazy

They wont answer thr phone when you call and the voice mail is full. We need information on what needs turned in but no one is ever there. We need better management that answer the phone and help the tenants they have be more available and reachable.
