Liberty Heights Apartments

This place is a slum. Yes it’s cheap, but that’s because you’re likely to be burglarized and harassed on a constant basis. Property management does not care if people break into your apartment. Their “security” solution was to place 2 paint stirrers on my mother’s ground floor windows and attach them with masking tape. This was after a strange man broke into her apartment and tried to get into her bed. Yes, she filed a police report. Simco property management couldn’t care less. This was the second instance of questionable activity at these apartments. She’s moving out since management refuses to do anything. Won’t even offer her an apartment on a higher floor. EW. BEWARE. “Brand new everything” then everything broke. Tried doing dishes, was soaked, the cabinet under flooded, floor soaked. Maintenance “patched” up the issue, but really I had to actually fix it myself and it still happens from time to time. Maintenance is a JOKE. They also ruined my bathroom (tore up my bathmat & dragged mud everywhere) while inside. Bugs have been a HUGE issue lately. I deep clean EVERYDAY, but yet they keep coming. I complained. “We have cleaners.” Well newsflash: your cleaners don’t actually clean!!! They just plug in a scent & gossip. EWWW. I was told upon moving in the apartments got cleaned by professionals. LIES. I understand bees and ants (that’s fine), but these seem more suspicious if you know what I mean; so many types of bugs. Had a stay with a family member there. Can't say enough about this complex! Everything I can think of was excellent, including rental prices. If/when I decide to move nearby my home town this Will be the first place I go to.

I don't know what the former tennant's problem was. I've been here almost 4 years, and I absolutely love it!!!!!

Absolutely horrible please do not and for the love of God DO NOT MOVE HERE
