Starboard Apartments

Of all the different places that I’ve lived, I have to say Starboard Apartments has been the best so far. Jaden, the office manager, is incredibly responsive and takes really good care of his tenants. Him and Shane, who is in charge of the maintenance, are always around and there to help if you ever need anything. They both are constantly looking up ways to improve the property and make this place even more of a home.

Lived here for 4 years and they went through office staff like underwear. Garbage communication, overcharged for “not having renters insurance” (had it the whole time through the same company) us when we moved out and when I tried to fight it they ignored multiple emails and phone calls. I also had to replace all four of my tires because of another tenant violating the lease and leaving several small screws/metal pieces in the parking lot. Confronted the office about this and they did absolutely nothing.

I really appreciate Veronika helping Me and expediting the process to apply. The Property looks clean, Unit was a beautiful space. Thanks Veronika!

My boyfriend and I have lived here about 8 months now and have loved every moment. The location is amazing and the community is well maintained. The apartment itself is great and we have absolutely no complaints. Jaden and Shane are a fantastic team and we could not recommend living here more :)

We’ve have had a bad experience in our old home, causing us so much stress. When looking for a new home and entering the leasing office at Starboard, we met Jaden. He has been so helpful and has answered all of our questions. Very professional. Knowledgeable. Great Manager!!
