Cecilia did an amazing job ,she is professional ,hard working.and very knowledgable..she showed up on time and didn't leave till.job was done. Bathtub works great..I'm very happy with the wonderful job she did..shout.out to Cecilia for going above and.beyond

It was great to have a prompt response and resolve to the plumbing issue and other issue because this has not always been the case in the past. I appreciate being treated like the issues were important to take care of not only for the property owner but for me too.

The maintenance woman they sent to fix our the bathroom did a great job and she spent a good part of the day making sure it was done right She said she would be back to finish the sink in the morning she was very professional and very sweet she definitely deserves to be recognized for her work and time she took to get it done I thank her again she's definitely a good maintenance person

The place used to be nice but now it’s ran really ugly. The maintenance guys are never around or when they are they just stand in front of the office and smoke or talk. I’ve been waiting since last year to get my window fixed that one of the previous maintenance men broke by shoving it down when it got stuck. When I call the landlord it’s always she never knows where they are or they ain’t her workers. It’s ridiculous! As of right now I have 2 more maintenance requests still pending that haven’t been scheduled!

Management sucks and the neighborhood is unsafe. Takes over 4 months to get maintenance requests done (still waiting for 5 requests to get done since October). After 4 years of wrestling with this company about my furnace (and them not believing me and making me out to be a liar), it took the PD and FD to red flag my unit until the furnace was “taken care of”. The unit i moved into is currently sinking and nobody wants to do anything about it, yet demand that they get their rent money every month from their residence. Poor living conditions for everyone in this neighborhood and we as residents shouldn’t have to suffer every day.
