Star Management

I have left several messages and no return call !! I stayed a month in there Loomis RV Park in Loomis CA the managers seemed okay until I wanted to move out they made some mistakes and over charged me so they kept over half of my deposit they ripped me off ,be aware of this park and there shady ness, there dirty people

After finally getting a call returned by Star Management it looked liked someone was actually going to address my issues at the Casa del Rio exercise room. This is what progress look like. Now the whole machine is unusable. They were notified of these issues in October of last year.

I have been in El Cajon mobile home park 3 years or so now. Once they switched billing companies I have no complaints except the laundry room could be updated. Since our maintenance guy has been on leave though the temp maintenance guy is horrible! He talked down everything and everyone including his parole officer when he unplugged my sink. Ugh Manny please come back!

The WORST Property Management company I have ever encountered! NO customer service. They'll promise one thing and then do the exact opposite! They DO NOT have the tenants in mind when making decisions, only $$$ MONEY $$$. They keep raising the rent and lowering the service. I'm SO disappointed. Had I known how horrible they were, I might not have purchased my home in a park they manage. My only hope is that we'll be taken over by a better group someday. Oh, and no one works there long enough to return any phone calls or emails. ZERO STARS

Star management “services” an RV park next to me. One of their trees crashed down on their chain link fence. 4 months ago. I share the fence and have been trying to get repairs made for the past 3 months. Inaction is not a strong enough word. I had to get estimates because they were too lazy. After they were submitted still nothing. I’ve told them that this is hindering the sale of my house. No one answers calls. If I am lucky to talk to a person, they say they’ll check on it and call me back. It never happens. This is such a simple fix(I’ve done all the work), but I feel like I’m dragging them through their own process.
