Stanley Martin Homes at The Residences at West Village

After a home inspection stated gutters are ineffective then actually having leaks and water issues.. supposedly fixed during one year warranty.. I’m still having issues and water damage BUT 2 months after one year warranty damage being caused by the lack of competent construction crew that’s not covered and now it’s out of my pocket. You’d think you’d fix the problem you caused that you didn’t fix the first or second time. I will never purchase a home constructed by Stanley Martin again.

We worked with Ashley Bowers at the West Village in Apex, NC and she is amazing! Kind, courteous, and extremely responsive, she was able to get us into the home of our dreams. Even though occasionally some contractors' work was quite below expectations Stanley Martin team always addressed issues and as a result, the quality in such cases was significantly improved.
