Stanley Martin Homes at The Falls

The homes are beautiful, and the lots are clearly marked!! The only downside was the instant showing feature was not working for me. I had an early morning virtual meeting with my out of state clients. Unfortunately, I couldn't show my clients the interior. We were on time constraints.

Christy is the absolute best. Our home was done ahead of schedule. The purchasing process was so smooth and stress free. She answers every question that we had and never seemed to be agitated. We even switched lots during our process and Christy was so accommodating. She’s a true gem. We are extremely grateful that we chose Stanley Martin, and had the opportunity to work with Christy.

I loved working with Christy Bissen! She has been by far the best agent (outside of mine) I've worked with. She was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, friendly and trustworthy. It's because of her that my husband and I settled on the neighborhood we chose. She's definitely a keeper!

Homes were designed with more upgrades,spacious rooms and space between homes,which is rare. The options to choose from were many.
