Palisades of Blythewood Apartment Homes

I've been a resident at the Palisades of Blythewood since 2022. But for the last two years or so, my satisfaction with my living experience here has been nothing short of phenomenal. The property manager Narissa is a God send. She exemplifies what it means to be a true property manager and leader. Not only does she run the property with excellence, but she's a super welcoming, and is committed to making sure you're satisfied. Narissa goes above and beyond to meet your needs and she does it genuinely with a warm spirit. I would recommend anyone who's looking for their next apartment home to come here. I wish I could give her and her staff 10 gold 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

I have been living here for almost 8 years. I love living here and over the years I have only had a few maintenance issues. Ms. Nerrissa Johnson is awesome and is always friendly, helpful and professional. The young ladies in the office are very nice and polite. Thank you for all that you do.

I love it here at Palisades of Blythewood! The manager, Ms. Narrissa is the very BEST! She is often out on property checking things out. Not just sitting behind the desk for her. If there's a problem, she's right there to rectify it. Friendly, warm and a power house. Also: Darius has been an awesome addition to the staff. He's pleasant, courteous and always willing to lend a helping hand!

The AC would never get cold. Kept constantly calling about it. They say they coming out, but still no air. They gave me a unit to put in my window. It would only cool down the bedroom. Not anything else. Just like they want rent, I want air. Next thing I didn’t like was the trash dumpster was far from me. Been nice if they offered trash service or put one closer to everyone building. Other than that the staff and the manager were very nice and professional.

Just moved into the Enclave at the beginning of the year. So far this place is great! I am on the new side of the complex. The added amenities are amazing. There's a gym on site, a pool, a common area with a pool table where everyone can hang out and be social. There's a grilling patio area next to the pool for those summer cookout days. There's even a dog park! All apartments come with cable and internet included in the rent as well as a washer and dryer already in apartment. So, if you don't have them, you don't have to worry about going out and buying them or using a coin laundry place. Plenty of storage space inside the apartment. Granite counter tops and wood floors everywhere except the bedrooms. Absolutely love it so far.
