Stanford Place Apartments

The price of rent is reasonable for the area. Property offers amenities such as a fitness center, in unit laundry, and access to swimming pool at a nearby location in summertime. The entire staff is a pleasure and always good with communication with the exception of one person who is no longer part of the staff to my knowledge. Neha is always a great help and her assistant is as well. Jason is always quick to respond and has solutions for maintenance issues. Honestly one of the best complexes I've ever lived at. Would give 6 stars if given the option

The rent isn’t work the apartments. Only good thing is location. No amenities other than a sad gym. Speaking of sad, it’s disappointing to see our best maintenance man moving on, I’m legitimately worried about things getting done around here. The one person left is the one who told me he wouldn’t get paid to help me after hours when my door handle to my apartment broke off. It’s a sad day to be a Stanford resident

The environment is safe. Green and full of trees. Neighbors are very friendly. Facilities are great. Overall a very good experience. Will surely recommend it to my friends.

A little pricy, but lovely property, friendly neighbors, and helpful staff.

I must start off by saying That I didn’t have much of a choice when moving to Stanford place because of a bad situation from another Mills properties apartment. But overall Stanford place is a safe, quiet community in a great location close everything. Melanie in the office is always very professional and great to deal with if any issues arise. The unit I’m in is pretty outdated and required some maintenance the first few months I lived here but Jason the maintenance guy solved all of the issues I had within a good time frame. My only real complaint is the windows in my unit. They are very drafty and my apartment fluctuates temperature pretty bad. With all of That being said I recommend Stanford place to live
