If it were possible to assign zero stars, Eastland Hills would deserve less. This property is plagued with systemic negligence, unprofessional conduct, and a complete disregard for resident safety. Serious maintenance issues, including repeated leaks and flooding, were left unresolved for over eight months. During that time, mold began to spread—creating clear health hazards. Instead of addressing the problem responsibly, on-site “management” and “maintenance” staff dismissed my concerns, resorted to calling tenants liars, and openly took sides with an unqualified maintenance supervisor whose behavior is hostile and unprofessional. After the onsite management at bacaro at south shores apartment complex was unable to resolve my issue, I reached out to standard management several times by using the "contact" link on their website. They have given no response. I'm frustrated at this point, to say the least. My family and I have lived at BACARO for almost 4 years now. We have been exceptional tenants and enjoy the community we call home. We have had no issues until recently (last 6 months or so) I have a few things I would like addressed and/or resolved.

They are impossible to get a hold of when there is a major issue with their on site management team. Currently one of their properties evicted a 69 year old quadriplegic veteran that was hospitalized at the VA during the entire event and now am having problems retrieving her property from the apartment. I was also, unintentionally I'm sure, told by said property manager that she violated the Fair Housing Act during the tenants, my mother's, eviction and lockout.

Took advantage of tenants on move-out. This management company violated signed lease agreements on two accounts. Incompetent building managers that are unaware of building and community. BEWARE
