I had a great experience with this property management company. During our 2+ years of occupancy they handled all work orders without any problems.They were incredibly flexible when we needed an extension on our lease while we were in the process of buying our house. The staff is great. Maria was very responsive, she followed up in a timely manner, and made the whole move-out process seamless. They also made the security deposit process super smooth, and we received most of it back without any hassle. Thank you to all the staff, Rica, Natalie and Maria for always being available to assist with our requests. Highly recommend their professionalism and great customer service!

I have been living in an apartment managed by Real Property Management for about 3 years. They have been consistently great to work with. Frances Torres helped get a new vanity installed in my bathroom and an upgraded sink in the kitchen. Even though there were some mistakes from the maintenance team she made sure they came back to fix them at their own cost. She was a strong communicator and supportive during the process. Highly recommended.
