Stadium Walk by Windsor Apartments

I’ve lived at this community for nearly three years, and overall it has been a positive experience. The property is consistently clean, the grounds are well maintained, and the resident events help create a sense of community. The location is also a major plus, especially being so close to the Battery. One of the biggest highlights has been the onsite team. The weekend office staff are always friendly and professional, and the maintenance team truly goes above and beyond. They care about residents and it shows in their responsiveness and attitude. That said, I do have a few concerns regarding recent operational changes. Have to say upon visiting this property i was very pleased. Very clean and well kept. I had the pleasure in meeting a gentleman by the name of Maurice. He say he was the service manager and end up being quite informative. He gave me a tour of the property and explained to me how important it was for him and his staff to take care of the residents there. I must say it was great to know. I look forward to getting my daughter in a place there soon especially knowing she want have to deal with unattended repairs.

The ONLY nice thing about this apartment complex is the pool. The management acts like they care and are there to help, but they provide absolutely no support or value...the price is a rip off, you will be charged a ton of fees like "lifestyle fee" and "parking fee" and "garbage fee" all so they can take extra money from you. There is no "lifestyle" benefits that they provide, the parking fee is a money grab and the garbage fee is ridiculous. The garbage is literally overflowing 24/7. My fiancée recently moved out (Thank the Good Lord) after living there for 2+ years and was charged 450% higher than her average monthly water bill on her closeout bill. THIS COMPANY IS STEALING FROM PEOPLE during move out and THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL when you question the charges. They provide no adeq

The apartment itself is nice and has good features, but the community overall is not peaceful. The complex describes itself as a luxury community, however the day-to-day living experience does not reflect that standard. While the unit layout is good, the patios are spacious, the gym is decent and recently renovated, and location is convenient, the overall experience falls short of a luxury living environment. When I first moved in, I had to have them clean the entire unit and fix lighting fixtures/paint issues because it wasn’t up to par for a new tenant. I’m assuming a walk through was never completed. Thankfully, the rent has not increased which is appreciated given the current conditions. However, the biggest issue is hands down the noise. There is zero sound insulation. Zilch. There

I’ve had a great experience living at Stadium Walk. The pool is always clean and well-kept, making it the perfect spot to relax on a sunny day. The staff (especially Brandi) are friendly, responsive, and genuinely go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. The amenities are top-notch — from the fitness center to the community spaces — everything is modern and convenient. Plus, the location can’t be beat! With easy access to shops, restaurants, and major roads, getting around is a breeze. Stadium Walk truly combines comfort, accessibility, and great service.
