We’ve had the pleasure of working with Jess and Anthony at Stadium Village Flats, and their management style truly stands out. You can tell they genuinely care about their residents and the property — they’re responsive, detail-oriented, and always a step ahead when it comes to maintaining a great living environment. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows. We’ve really enjoyed partnering with them!

Kinda pricey but kind and friendly management and all the amenities make up for it, stainless steel appliances and in unit washer and dryer is awesome, super accommodating with changes needed to my unit for a progressive disability. Maintenance regularly fulfills requests within 48 hours. Good atmosphere for college kids who want to make friends :)

Living at Stadium Village Flats has been a genuinely positive experience. If you’re a student at the University of Minnesota, especially anyone involved with the Carlson School or East Bank classes, the location simply can’t be beat. You’re a short walk from campus, the light rail, and a ton of food options (shoutout to Korea Restaurant and Afro Deli they’ve come in clutch). It’s incredibly convenient, what with Walgreens and CVS right around the corner especially during the colder months when the last thing you want is a long commute or if you’re too busy to go grocery shopping. Stadium Village Flats is strategically located on Washington Avenue near the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus. The area near the apartment is safe and peaceful. There are a lot of restaurants and eateries in the neighborhood, therefore it is very convenient for finding foods. The rental office management and office team members are very professional, supportive, responsive and friendly. Both the general manager (Jess Smith) and assistant general manager (Joshua Bilskemper) are always helpful to us, making us feel respected and valued as the tenants of this apartment. They make our stay here very pleasant. They are also very good in sending communication to apartment tenants and frequently plan fun activities to keep us engaged.
