Stadium Apartments

I’ve been looking for housing for my boyfriend and I and I called to see what was available. The girl on the phone I believe her name was Maddy was the sweetest person ever. She walked me throughout the entire process and even recommended so awesome local food spots. On top of that she told me she would call me next week to set up a tour as I didn’t know what times I would be available today. Highly recommend her if you’re searching for your next place to live, moving to a new area is scary and she made me feel much better!

Affordable apartment that's close to downtown and campus, with a responsive maintenance team. I have lived here with my husband for two years and have enjoyed the short commute to campus and Mizzou. The apartment was very clean when we moved in, the appliances are old but function well with minor quirks, and the apartment complex has reasonable policies for having a pet. The tenants are a mixture of young families and older college students, so there are no loud parties but there is a decent amount of noise. Maintenance has quickly responded to our requests and fixed them completely, even if they had to come back after fixing the "wrong" problem. The parking lot and green spaces are well-maintained, too. My boyfriend and I just moved into Stadium Apartments and it has been an overall great experience. Upon move in the apartment was extremely clean, there was zero trace of a previous tenant and nothing appeared broken. It has also been a very quiet and safe environment. In our second day in our unit our bathroom door handle broke. I submitted a maintenance request at 11:05 and the handle was fixed by 11:55. All of the staff members we have met so far have been kind and helpful. I definitely recommend living here, especially if you are a student because of the proximity to campus it makes getting to class hassle free. I have zero complaints about my experience so far!

We have lived here for three months and it has been better than anywhere else we have lived in Columbia. The rent is pretty cheap for Columbia rates, but do be aware there is a short term lease fee if you do not plan on signing for a year. They're clean and the walls seem thick enough that you rarely hear other tenants. They are in a pretty central location in Columbia, so you can get anywhere you need to quickly. The maintenance men are nice and excited to fix any problems you may have.

Since moving here a year ago, my partner and I have had nothing but great experiences! Fairly quiet and calm area away from the noise of downtown without being too far, maintenance is quick to fix any and all problems and the other residents I’ve met have all been welcoming and kind!
