St. Nicholas Luxury Apartments

The apartments are huge my friend rented an apartment here that has six rooms she rented it for a reasonable price most apartments in Manhattan with this square footage cost between 8,000 to 10,000 monthly. I think it is well worth it considering the apartment is as large as a house inside. I love the super long hallways and big eat in kitchen with nook.. Also the veiw is amazing! Minutes away from Laguardia and JFK airports. The neighborhood is so cool lots of musicians, actors close to every restaurant, grocery stores, music venues, museums, Broadway Plays also Central Park just minutes away. Also a plus is that I just found out all apartments will be completely renovated. I hope it will still be affordable as I would like to live here when my lease runs out at my apartment in Battery

In my eight years of living in the city, I have moved around a handful of times and nothing can compare to this apartment as it is truly the best one I've lived in. It really has it all! Large and very spacious, lots of sunlight comes through the windows and outstanding views. 💛

Moved into this building in 2019 before Covid rent is now $3000.00 a month we personally pay. The apartment is rented as a privatized apartment at market rate rent. I am guessing the other apartment buildings are Federalized/rent controlled apartments based on income so most Project tenants have moved otherwise they would just pay $1.00 to $100.00 per month for rent.

Great views and kind neighbors. This is a wonderful place to live. It is in walking distance to lots of great restaurants and tourist attractions, surrounded by transportation as well! Quite possibly one of the best places to live in NYC!
