Very fast service, but not accurate. Multiple errors on the appraisal. Biggest error was appraising the house with a 2 car garage, and there is no garage. They said they fixed the errors I caught and sent an updated appraisal, but I will still need to have a new appraisal done by a different company as I cannot trust this appraisal.

I contacted Wade at St. Louis Home Appraisers late in the week to find out about getting a property appraised. I got a live person on the phone the first time I called. He said they could get out and see the property over the weekend and get back to me with an appraisal by Monday and that's exactly what happened. Very easy to do business with, very reasonable. I'd recommend them!

We had an unexpected offer on my mother’s home. It seemed reasonable, but we wanted to do our due diligence and have it appraised. I called and Wade picked up on the second ring. None of that please leave a message or automated b.s. He said that he could come out the very next day and did. We were in a time crunch as the offer was set to expire at a certain time. We made Wade aware of this. I’m sure he was already very busy, but he went the extra mile and was able to accommodate. If you’re looking around for a home appraisal, look no further.

Problem diagnosed within minutes of arrival and repairs completed with 1-1/2 hours after all parts were on site. Don did all he said would in a professional manor with no disturbances.

Good experience. They are busy. However, It was easy to schedule an appointment. The appraiser arrived on time and was thorough and efficient. I thought for sure I’d be overwhelmed with the process, but on the contrary, he explained everything thoroughly and had patience with me throughout. I do not usually write reviews, but felt I should since it was such a good experience.
