St. Francisville Square Apartments

Just called the number on the website listed here! Terrible attitude! Terrible customer service ! Sounded like she didn’t want to talk to be bothered and she hung up on me before I can ask my next question, assuming I was done talking . Don’t waste your time! Please go lease somewhere where people know HOW to treat you and speak to you! if she’s rude and dismissive on the phone , please believe it will only get worse if you decide to lease there ZERO STARS !!!!!!!!!

These are great apartments in a great area. Safe gated pool, pet friendly. All of my neighbors were friendly, never had an issue with them. Maintenance crew and the property manager are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will ALWAYS recommend it to others.

Manager and maintenance man on site. Law enforcement within a block from apartment. Grounds are well groomed. Area is well lit. Pool is clean. Parking can be problematic when family gathering and when Parker park, next door, hosting a festival or event. But that's also the charm, to be walking distance from the heart of the town.

Very nice apartments and the rent is reasonable. Great location and the management is very nice and responsive to any problems.

False advertising. No vacancy. Apparently it is beyond their control. Should I ever hear the phrase “oh darling” I will lose my my mind.
