He really got to know us and so was able to spot the perfect home for us as soon as it came to market. He has been the consummate professional walking us through the buying process. This business terrorized our family, tried to trick us into buying a flooded/moldy house that failed the final walk-through, and then tried to set us up, so the sellers could sue us for up to 10% of the value of the property. All thanks to Alden and Glenda Daniel and a couple of others. Anyway, Alden Daniel promised he would be available for a quick sale, even though he knew he didn't have time. However, once he got us to sign with him, he neglected us every step of the way. He never did anything he said he would do. If he said he'd call at 1pm, he would call hours later or not at all. He dropped the ball on numerous things. He forgot to address any FHA issues, which could have caused us to be denied financing. When we brought the issue to him, he told my husband and I just to move on to
