The property was clean and well maintained. The property manager was extremely nice. She didn't have any apartments available. As a matter of fact, she has a waiting list, I believe she said 2 years or more. That in it self tells you, it is managed well. Retaining tenants can be challenging and having a waiting list like that is absolutely amazing. You know what, even though she is full and will continue to be full, she took the time to sit with me and explain everything, on how the process works. She was extremely patient and very kind. Would totally recommend these apartments to anyone. If you already rent there, you should do a Google Review. This property deserves a better Google score!

Why are there no exceptions/accommodations for the handicapped/disabled. We need help/affordable housing as well even though some of us are not 55...doesn't mean don't need help some of us are in desperate need. This us just awful.
