Pointe Grand Apartments has been an amazing place to call home! The community is beautiful, still brand new, and thoughtfully designed with modern finishes and great amenities. The leasing team is welcoming, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make residents feel valued—especially during the lease-up phase. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is peaceful, and it truly feels like a community in the making. I was greeted by a beautiful smile filled with beautiful hi's! 😃😘🤩🥰😍Chalin is amazing, he's knowledgeable, well spoken, kind, patient, understanding. He gave me some uplifting & encouraging words while taking me around the property. In that moment, i knew he cared more about me then trying to lease me an apartment. I pray God bless me to get this beautiful apartment! The front desk staff is great, a beautiful property! A place i would love to call home! Chalin, thank you! I’ve had a great experience with the maintenance team here! Tyler was amazing ! Every time I’ve put in a request, they’ve responded quickly and professionally. The staff is friendly, respectful, and always makes sure the job is done right the first time. I really appreciate how clean and efficient they are. It makes living here so much more comfortable. Thank you to the maintenance crew for keeping everything running smoothly!
