St Andrews Apartments

We’ve been at St. Andrews going on 3 years in March in a 2 bedroom TH and we love it. Sharon in the office is extremely sweet and helpful to all needs. Maintenance always comes within 24 hours of request being put in. We are adding a little one to our family and instead of completely moving we Decided to transfer to a 3 bedroom on property because we love the area and it’s hard to find a complex with office and maintenance staff that actually cares. Would definitely recommend!

I lived at St. Andrews for a year and a half and it was a great experience. The apartments are nice, clean, and in a very good location. I never had any maintenance issues the whole time I lived here. Ann is very accommodating and gets back to you fairly quickly. The storage units are a very good size. Laundry in every building for 1.75 a load. The one bedrooms are kind of pricey but its a good area and a nice apartment so you get what you're paying for. The only problem I had at St. Andrews was that I lived on the main floor and my upstairs neighbor was quite loud and would stomp around at all kinds of hours. Overall I think think St. Andrews is a great place to live, I would just try be on the top floor if possible.

We just moved in, and have no complaints. They are great a couple of ladies come and clean our entry, halls, and stair rails every week. They maintenance men are really sweet. After talking to them things are slow because there are only 2 of them for 2 properties. So knowing that makes waiting so much easier. They allow our cat, our neighbors are quiet and all very nice. Rent is cheap for a 1 BR. Extra storages is provided. The only down side is there are only 2washers for the whole building and you have to pay $1.00 to do each load so still cheaper than the laundromat. Everything is also only 5 minutes from my apartment door. So that is always a bonus.

This place is getting 1 star. For several reasons , the apartments are nice but not nice enough for the price. The inside looks good but is cheaply put together. I stayed here for a year and ran into several inconsistencies. My building consistently smelled like marijuana despite a no smoking rule and to make matters worst I used to get notes on my door about it as if I was the smoker !! Which I can’t help but think that was because of my skin color. Also I work from home and had electric shut off which notice on two different occasions. Not to mention when I moved out I was charged over 600 to replace carpets that indeed did not need to be replaced! I even had them cleaned before i moved out along with cleaning the apartment from top to bottom. This place is a scam! Try any other apartmen

I definitely feel like for the price(1260, 2b 1 bath) we don't get much and the layout of the apartments aren't the best but they are clean and well kept just with cheap products. Our main problem is neighbors,Plus it's like they "the landlords" don't want to get involved in any thing we have extremely loud neighbors and have been dealing with it almost daily for months(especially late at night) they've done nothing about it, basically said take care of it yourself we'll just send a letter. And nothing has changed. Like imagine leaving the ghetto just to pay more to almost deal with the same stuff i know some apartments dont tolerate noise complaints but these don't care.
