As long as you don’t have a family, you’ll maybe have a slight chance to enjoy the neighborhood; assuming that the pool isn’t closed for “maintenance” during the summer or they don’t have your car randomly towed and you’re okay with them telling you what you can and cannot do with the your house.
We are in the triple digits and we can't use the pool. The gate has a padlock with no explanation. Also the landscapers are lazy and avoid working to clean up my driveway and trim the shrubs. A month went by before they did any work.
Never answer the phone! I have a joint water main switch with a different home and I've had water shut down because they have been fixing a leak. Ridiculous!
Great place to live. Good people everybody watches out for everybody. I can't say the same about the HOA. It is what it is
Been trying to reach this HOA for over 2 weeks. Why have a phone when you don't answer?
