My partner and I toured Squire Apartments on February 19 and 20 2026 and were shown Unit B-32 by Jennifer, Kevin, and Brian, who were all friendly and welcoming during the tour. During the walkthrough, I specifically asked Kevin to confirm the rent and he stated that the base rent was $1,500 per month, which also matched the price listed online at the time.
