Property mgr Selina Duran was rude when I asked questions about an allegedly Apt inspection on 09/25/2024 an re-inspection notice to occur on 10/09/2004.No prior notice given to 09/25/2024 inspection of Apt. I asked if Apt was illegally inspected or if it was or no. Ms Duran then stated she didn't know since the person who issued the re-inspection notice wasn't in today. I then asked how could she not know since she is the manager. Duran then said to get the h... Out of her office she was tired of my disrespect towards her. I said I was not disrespectful I only wanted to know if the Apt was illegally inspected or if it wasn't inspected and the re-inspection notice notice was revenge for my refusal on non notice inspection on 09/25/2024. These guys are straight up wannabe slumlord property mangers. They respond to absolutely nothing, leave basic maintenance issues completely unattended to despite MULTIPLE attempts at dealing with broken hot water heater, broken freezer, and other basics. The owner(s) of Sparkwest in boulder somehow managed to replace a fairly responsive previous company (thistle) who would fix pretty much anything within 48-72 hours (garbage disposal, blinds, etc) and BPM has disconnected phone numbers, zero replies over emails, all forcing the tenants here to repeatedly make contact and put in the work. Whether or not this is rooted in sheer ineptitude and negligence by BPM, or directed by a greedy rich property owner is not information I have access to. But the outcome is the same.
