I have rented here for approximately four years now with minimal issues. This is one of the few places in Laramie that allows pets, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly, the apartments and grounds are well maintained, adding to the relaxed environment. The location is ideal where it is outside of city limits but still close enough to grocery stores and the University. The recent change in management over the last year has been greatly beneficial. Crystal has been wonderful to work with and is prompt with maintenance requests and other issues are resolved quickly.

My husband and I have lived at this apartment complex for four years now and have absolutely loved it. The complex itself is beautiful and the management team has always been great. Any issues we’ve had (all being very minor) have been fixed quickly. They’ve always been incredibly respectful of our space. It honestly feels like we live in an HOA housing neighborhood instead of an apartment complex. We’ll be sticking around for a while!

Was visiting a friend for Jubilee Days and while I was there I watched someone walking into multiple apartments, multiple days. My friend said it might have been the landlord, but I don't believe that is legal, or morally okay. It's been bothering me, so figured a review might help others. Be cautious and lock your doors.... response to owner. I watched tenants go in and out of those apartments too, and your website lists you at full capacity. My friend, who does live there, said the communication from management is minimal and when there is communication it's rude and volatile. Your response was rude and volatile, so I can understand how that would be true. Don't seem like the greatest landlord. Have a blessed day

Spur ridge is a well kept establishment, with an exceptional crew of people running it. They take care of their tenants by providing spacious dog yards for our pets to enjoy their time in, they offer nice stalls for the horses and the comfort of an indoor arena. Crystal, the landlord is by far the most caring and friendly face, she never fails to provide us tenants with what we need. Spur ridge has provided me a warm home, and the comfort of knowing me and my animals are taken care of.

Had a great year here for work. Clean well priced units super pet orientated and a sweet property, heard there is an on-site gym now too.
