Spruce Street Apartments

This appears to be the only feedback they care about, not the input of residents. Some random person (not a resident) leaves a review here pointing out that they don't empty to dog pop trash can enough and their solution is to remove the last trash can. The lobby already smells like poop now from people throwing their dog's waste away indoors. This is literally the dumbest solution. It's like amputating someone's hand because they have a hangnail. Maybe instead empty it more often?
