Spruce Prairie Homes

Toured these homes recently, the property manager Heidi was very informative and helpful. Everything including appliances were brand new. Looked very clean and nice. Loved that they have in home A/C that is not common around here. Love the small town feel of Buckley as well, plus just 20-30 minutes from all major shopping centers.

My family & I toured Spruce Prairie Homes recently and I can't say enough about these huge town homes, some even have fenced in backyards and we will finally be able to park both our cars in the huge 2 car garage. We're definitely going to love having a/c throughout each room when summer time hits. The design of these homes are very well suited. Completely open floor plan that allows for no "boxed in feels" in the living room to kitchen dining area. Lots of storage throughout each room! We're also looking forward to relocating to Buckley, so close to all the major shopping centers but we love the small town charm this town has to offer.

According to Zillow, the price of these units is hundreds of dollars more than my mortgage, and hundreds of square feet smaller. This housing is a rip-off. Don't do it. Buckley has zero to offer
