Kenyon House Apartments

Very nice quiet area to live. Close to places necessary but not so much too close to the city. A very friendly community to live in. I honestly love it here. Definitely would recommend. Only thing I would change is I wish there was a washer and dryer in the unit as apposed to having to pay to wash on site. Aside from that I love living here.

I called today just to ask about apartments and I spoke with this" Gentleman" named Michael. He was so rude and very unprofessional. I asked basic questions to each question I received a rude reply. I work for the Military and thought that this would be a safe and wonderful place to live. Since supposedly they support the military. However, I will make sure if anyone asks me if they know of a place to live, to NOT live there. I work very hard to make a living. Its such a disgrace that people who are in a position to supposedly help people think they can treat people however they want and belittle and talk down to them. He should not be in customer service and or working in place where people need to be treated with respect.

If I could give 0 stars I would, my mother in law lives here and they do nothing but harass and convey her. Inspection after inspection invading her privacy at all times, the manager lives on site and walks around all hours of the day and night but only considers herself management Tuesday and Thursday. I realize that this is a subsidized property and there are strict rules and regulations to follow but I also am very educated on the rules of management and Hud housing and tentants rights and they do not follow here. There is a 6 month to year waiting list and they still post rentals on Craigslist and other rental sites, to me that doesnt make sence. If your a smoker they will come out and measure you Time after time for 25 feet and once again I understand rules but this can be annoying.

I don't live here. But I can say that I have been having a great experience communicating with the manager since my last review. She has been very helpful and kind and has gone above and beyond to help me get on their waiting list.

I have Ben working with this place for a wile and there very good at keeping in contact and very kind to work with .I can't wait to move in .my son and I have Ben on a 3 year waiting list and were very happy to be moving in in the summer.
