Springtree Apartments

Very disappointed in the treatment of the manager here. Verbally abused and even threatened for seemingly walking through the alley, as if he owned the entire street! Would not recommend this place or its management.

I was visiting a friend at his apartment I noticed was not kept very well construction wise. The outside with dirty and people really weren't that friendly it appeared to me that was some shady happenings going on I talked to my friend he expressed yes he's looking for another place.

Janice, the manager and Joe maintenance man, are both very nice. Parking is ample and the grounds are kept up.

Folks are friendly. Lots of trees. Great quad living.
