I recently worked with Samantha @ Springsteed Realty and she was an absolute pleasure to work with during my application process. The application process was quick and their response time was just as quick. Samantha always spoke with a smile on her face and never made me feel rushed. Any time a call was made to her office, she ALWAYS answered the phone. Even with a delay for information she needed from my current landlord, she was patient and provided options for them to send her the information. I applied on Tuesday and was approved on Friday which I think would've been sooner had it not been for that delay. They have managed our rental property for 15 years. I have found them to be very responsive to the tenants needs. Stuff breaks and need repairs. Being 100 miles away we can’t go and fix things. I have found their handyman services to be very reasonable and they do it in a timely manner.

WORST LANDLORD EVER!!! I moved in about a year ago to 3133 Spring Valley Road and have had everything from the dishwasher, air conditioner, bathtub, stove, and hot water heater break. They cut down all the trees on the lawn and laid mulch down so the lawn looks horrible. They don't respond to emails and the repair services they use randomly just show up without an appointment or uniform. Extremely rude and unprofessional in every way.
