Springs at Westgate Apartments

Love love love this place! I was looking for a new place closer to my job and a colleague recommended I check out Springs at Westgate. When I walked in the office, the leasing agent was busy, but made a point to acknowledge me - which I greatly appreciated as that doesn’t happen much any more. A few seconds later, the manager came out to greet me and show me around the property. The apartment was huge and had such beautiful features (the super high ceilings were my fav!). We walked around the property and looked at few areas with available apartments, and honestly it was so nice to see how clean and well kept the property was. I've been a resident here for 3 months and I absolutely love this place. The location is perfect, with easy access to Westgate Mall, public transport and restaurants. The property itself is consistently clean and well-maintained. The office staff are so receptive and keep the community well informed about what's going on and organize community activities where they give prizes. A special shout-out to Jordan Evans, who is always so eager to help with a smile. During my application process in September, I ran into an issue and he went above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly helpful, professional and made sure everything was resolved. I was finally able to move in and couldn't be happier with my decision to live here.

Just finished our tour with Jordan and I got to say that was the best tour we have ever had. We are an apartment family and have experienced many tours.. he was knowledgeable about the entire community, didn’t make you feel rushed at all, and kept your attention on the entire community with constant facts/surprises. We are genuinely struggling to find something negative about this place. EDITED** UPDATED** Me and my fiance toured these yesterday and had a great experience with Jordan. I tried to refer my sister and her man, had them make an appointment (as requested by the office to experience a full tour) and once they got there on time for their appointment they were told by Destiny, there’s other people after them and they can’t have a tour. Scan the QR code and do a self guided tour.

I have never lived in an apartment community of this quality. The staff stays friendly and welcoming from day one. Work orders get completed quickly, and emergency maintenance responds fast. The property stays clean, organized, and well managed. The included amenities add real value and improve daily living. This community sets a high standard for apartment living.

When my best friend and I first came across Springs at Westgate online, we were immediately excited. The community, location, and amenities seemed perfect for us. I’m about to turn 21, moving from Texas, and this would have been my first time living on my own. I’m relocating for a fresh start and am financially prepared to support myself.
