Springs at St. Charles

We moved into Spring at St. Charles on 6/19/2025, and it has been a great experience so far. The neighborhood is very nice, safe, and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference. I really love the apartment layout—it’s spacious and well designed. The amenities are also great and well maintained. Overall, we’re very happy with our decision to live here.

I lived at the springs in a studio for a little over a year and have no complaints. The staff is great. Nice safe location with plenty of walking paths nearby. I work from home and had no issues with noise. Quiet area. I have a dog and there’s two dog parks that were not super busy! Maintenance was always quick to respond to any issues and management was always available to help with any questions!

I've been living in this apartment for almost a month, and I can already tell this is a five-star experience. The apartments truly feel like luxury—modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff has been incredibly friendly and welcoming, and maintenance is extremely attentive and quick to respond. The property itself is beautifully maintained, and there’s great communication between management and tenants. I haven’t met many of my neighbors yet since I’m still new, but so far everything about this place has exceeded my expectations. I’m really happy I chose this place to call home!

My husband and I lived at the Springs St.Charles for about a year and a half! We loved everything about this place, including the staff! everyone is so friendly and it’s a great community to live in! The pool/ clubhouse/ and gym were great and we truly loved the area! Maintenance team was great as well!

In the short time I’ve lived here, I’ve already noticed several concerning issues that I feel future residents should be aware of. Let me start with my recent experience in this “gated” community. After my car was broken into, I contacted management because I had noticed the gates had been left wide open for days. I was told the gates are considered an *amenity*, not a safety feature, and that they keep them open during snow so trucks can clean the roads. That would make sense—except it hadn’t snowed in days, and the last time they salted was on Wednesday. So why were the gates still wide open?
