Springs at Port Charlotte

Absolutely love and adore my community at the Springs of Port Charlotte! The entire team is so so so amazing, kind, welcoming, and helpful. When there is a maintenance issue, they are so quick to come resolve the problem and make sure you are good! Huge shout out to Melanie, Steve, David, Ed, and Al!

Melanie has been an incredible addition as the new Community Manager. She is attentive, responsive, and truly cares about her residents. Any time there’s a question or concern, she follows through and makes sure it’s handled. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in what she does, and it shows in the way the community is cared for. It’s refreshing to have a manager who is so present, professional, and genuinely invested in creating a great place to live.

I'm currently in the process of selling my home and recently stopped by the community for information. Melanie, the Community Manager was so incredibly helpful. Even without a set move-in date, she took her time answering my questions and never made me feel rushed. She’s friendly, responsive, and truly welcoming. I’m still early in the process, but I can’t wait to eventually be a resident of the community.

Ever since the new manager took over, getting in contact with her has been basically impossible. She straight up does not answer emails or phone calls. If you need anything, good luck. Our internet has been down or constantly acting up for over two weeks. I even called the internet company myself, and they told me they need to replace some equipment, but they can’t do anything because they’re waiting on approval from the manager, who won’t respond to them either. It’s really frustrating paying rent on time while basic things like internet and communication are ignored. Management being unreachable makes living here a headache. I absolutely do not recommend renting here, especially now with this new management.

Since the new manager took over, this place has been awful. She is extremely unresponsive and hard to reach no matter how many times you call or email. Legit issues get ignored for weeks or never answered at all. It feels like she just doesn’t care about residents. Living here has become frustrating and stressful, and I would not recommend anyone move here while she’s managing it.
