Springs at Palma Sola Apartments

I’ve had a really positive experience at Springs at Palma Sola. The location is fantastic — close to everything but still peaceful and well kept. The apartments are modern, spacious, and the amenities are always clean and maintained. The team has been friendly and responsive anytime I’ve needed help, and that really makes a difference. It feels like they genuinely care about the residents and the community. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking in the area!

My family and I came in here because we were looking to relocate from Miami and this place was recommended by a friend of mine. The property was absolutely beautiful and we were treated like absolute royalty as soon as we were greeted by Tesa Anderson. She was nothing short of phenomenal as she gave us tours of different units and answered any and all questions we had. My family and I ended up choosing to purchase a home but I would and still will recommended Sola apartments to any and everyone seeking to rent in the area. My experience at Springs at Palma Sola has been very frustrating and future residents should be aware before signing a lease. I wasn’t able to see the unit that I was moving into due to maintenance working in the unit so they showed me a unit of the same layout. I was told that this is what my apartment would look like, it was very clean with taupe colored walls. The apartment that I moved into was nothing like what I was shown. The apartment had yellow walls, very dirty, yellow walls, the apartment had clearly not been painted after the previous tenant. There were scuff marks and nail holes, and even the banister going up the stairs was filthy. There was a strong unpleasant smell when entering the apartment, it was only in the stairway going upstairs. I had to rent a carpet cleaner, which
