Springs at Hamburg

The Springs at Hamburg is an amazing place to live. The staff are very professional and hold themselves and their work to a high standard. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. Rental rates are fair and a great value for what you receive. Residents have been very nice and friendly. There is a plethora of guest and resident parking. The amenities are in great condition. 10/10 would recommend this as one of the best apartment communities to check out in all of Lexington. Thanks Samara and Shawn for all of your hard work!

A nice enough apartment complex. Thin walls, especially if your apartment is downstairs. Nice staff. Hired cleaners to clean apartment on moveout and apartment complex still kept nearly entire deposit for allegedly excessive cleaning needs.

We’ve had a great experience with the Springs so far. Shawn in leasing has been so helpful both during the application process and since moving in! The complex has great amenities and a high standard for all outside companies that support its upkeep. There is good communication of any updates and all questions are answered in a timely manner.

I started living here a few days ago and I can say that everything is going great. The apartment was clean and excellent conditions. The vibe feels very familiar and comfortable. The first time I saw the apartment I knew everything was going to be fine. The installations are so clean and beautiful. The best part is the gym and the pool. The community manager is very nice and friendly because he tries to help with everything. He’s an excellent manager. However, I love living here and having had the opportunity to enjoy this level of apartments.

Move-in process was very smooth and easy. Samara in the office was great! I am excited to live here!
