Springs at Copper Canyon

I absolutely love living here! The management team is the best — they’re always friendly, organized, and really care about the residents. They hosted an amazing Halloween party this year with a fun costume contest and great decorations! I took so many pictures because everything looked so festive. This community really goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. I can’t wait to see what they do next year! 🎃👻

Dahlyn and Misty have been GREAT to work with so far! They both have been very responsive and helpful. We were having issues with our online portal and both of them addressed the issue and help us gain access. Very friendly and easy to communicate with.

I would like to give the Springs at Copper Canyon apartments more stars. The apartment complex is nice, modern, and well-laid-out. The amenities are excellent (gym, pool, etc.). The leasing staff are friendly and - seemed to be - helpful. On the last point, unfortunately, my opinion has changed. This is a worthwhile read for anyone looking who might think they have come across an "awesome" deal. My roommates and I were searching for a more affordable place to move. Our lease was set to end on May 31. On Friday, April 4 my roommates and I decided to tour an apartment unit with Springs at Copper Canyon. We liked what we saw as well as what we had heard / been told about a deal that would align with our needs. We were told that the rent with all-included expenses would be $1649.00 - $1699.00

Just moved in and the paint job is trash. Talked to the front desk lady about it and she just nodded her head and didn't offer a resolution. Wish I would've known before signing a lease!!!! 2 months in!!! Just found out all of our mail has been getting forwarded back to the sender because management is so lazy that they didn't even let the post office know that new tenants lived here. Just got done talking to the mail lady about it. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Im telling you I would rather live at the Kirk hotel than this garbage place. 3 monthes in!!! My family and I had the opportunity to live there when the apartments first opened in 2020 right before the peak of COVID. It was really great at first. The manager when we first moved was awesome and helped us get into a nice apartment. However, when management changed all of the sudden new policies came out of the woodwork. Every year they raised the rent. At first it wasn’t a big deal because of how things were going with the economy. Then in 2022 it went up so high that we could barely afford to put food on the table. We were one day late on paying rent, I asked them if it can be a day late and they said it will be an extra $200.
