Reviews always crack me up. After carefully combing through property manager’s reviews it is obvious that Trevor actually enforces the lease agreement. Additionally, negative reviews seem to correspond directly with the amount of money left owing or the poor level of individual leaving the review. You’ve got to love Google reviews. Trevor’s been great to work with. Highly recommend recommended.

I sent a text message to three local property management companies after hours. Red Key Property Management was the only one who had replied with an auto reply letting me know that they received my message and they would contact me back – however, minutes later, I was texting Trevor back-and-forth over the next hour. Wow, that’s service. I appreciate being acknowledged but then was blown away when a real person showed up and addressed my concerns. I still have not heard from the other two.

A water flood and they were all over it. The maintenance team here is fantastic. They have an online system that is easy to navigate. However, I called Saturday morning because I was having a flood from outside water and within the hour to maintenance guys showed up and then a few minutes later another guy with a truck mounted water pump – they had me taken care of before noon.

We had a major water leak after hours and they were quick to respond and get everything taken care of. It did take a week before we were able to use the basement again but at least they were working on it quickly and finished quickly.

Trevor was a little tough when we needed to make some changes but looking back I realize he was also fair. They were very detailed oriented and explained what we had initially missed. I would rent from these guys again.
