Driving home from SLC one day, my wife asked if we could stop by one of the GTM Model Homes to have a look. (Little did I know that she had been looking into GTM Builders for quite awhile) We stopped in and were greeted by Seth. He took us on a tour of the Model and we went over all the great features they have as standard items (which are upgrades to most all other builders). We fell in love with the Leah! Rocky and I first looked "earnestly" for a new home mid January of this year without even preparing our existing home at all for sale. We found a floor plan we loved and selected the interior/exterior materials. The GTM team was great at helping us get our house sold (for what we were asking for it) and we ended up living with family for 3 weeks while we waited for the new house to be competed. It was slated to be compete in 90 days and I thought that would be a stretch, but even with bad storms this winter,we still closed on time. GTM builders build beautiful houses for sure, that's how they amazed us at the beginning. However the quality of our house shocks us every month every year🥴, new month new "surprise"is no joke! It's only been a few months since we moved into the house they "completed", tons of issues already showed up,and most of the times they didn't care about fixing any crappy job they did. DO NOT BELIEVE the 1-year-home warranty GTM builders provided, once you closed on the house👉🏻you will soon find out 99% of the issues are "NOT UNDER WARRANTY" 🥴
