Springlake Apartments

Moved from Michigan to NY for work and ended up finding Springlake. A couple of months since moving in and have had no issues and Kathy was a great help making sure everything went smoothly. Townhomes are a bit dated, but has not been a concern yet.

My daughter and I rented our townhome for several years. We ended up purchasing our own home. However I must say that management was excellent. Any needs we had was attended to very very quickly and maintenance was on point! I would recommend Springlake if you are looking for a safe environment, decent pricing, great location, and a great management team. Right now I have 3 of my grandchildren that have moved here. They love it!

I have really enjoyed living at Spring lakes Apartments. I really would like to say thank you to the sweetest lady in the office Kathy Who has made my stay so beautiful each time that I have decided to reside here.. Spring lakes, Apartments and Town Homes is a very clean community where People respect you and your space and your privacy. And I cannot leave maintenance out Howard works very hard and goes Above and beyond, his job duties to keep Spring lakes up to par..👍🏾👍🏾 What a great Job team!

I think this is a great place to be, 90 seconds from restaurants,Wegmans and etc, but a nice open space with a green space and pond. Super friendly people, both renters and mgmt! I think it says a lot that many of the apartment renters move over to the townhomes. There are only 120 units and 2 very responsible maintenance guys, one of whom has been here forever! I have never had to wait more than an hour or so for them to replace the burnt out light bulb in the laundry room. I think some people use reviews to air their personal issues but we need some balance. I’ve lived here for 4 years and am thinking I’m cool for the duration 🙂

This place is a wonderful place to live. The people here are so nice. The maintenance are amazing. Also, I have been so happy when I got hurt they were there for me. They put some steps in. They put some railings in. They always help out when I need help with things being fixed, the prices are not bad and I don’t know what to say. It’s amazing place to live and I would definitely suggest in the future.
