Springfield Apartments

I have loved being here since my move in! It is gated so I have at least some semblance of security, the mix of older residents and younger is good, it feels established, and the tree in front of my 2nd story apartment will be great come the heat of the summer. And both Norma and Heather (in the office) are very nice and very helpful ladies. The larger of the 2 one bedrooms, which I have, has a lot of storage which has been great.

First impression was very good! I was disappointed that you did not have a unit that I could see. If one comes available, let me know and I’ll come by. Just talked with my realtor about listing my house. She is coming out on Monday morning to take a look and give me some prices.

The maintenance team at Springfield Apartments did a great job fixing the closet damage in our unit. They responded quickly and handled everything smoothly. Really appreciate their prompt and professional service! Special shout out to June for always accommodating anytime with our concerns.

It was a nice tour. Really enjoyed the 2br/2ba model unit. Looking for an opening for December. Hoping there is one. Norma was wonderful with the information needed. If there should be an availability, this will be our place to apply. ThanksNorma.

Lived here for 2 years, it’s a quite apartment complex with nice neighbors and would give it a five star rating, however, maintenance isn’t what it used to be and the dog poop is out of control. Sad to see a nice complex be neglected.
