Springetts Apartments

This is an excellent place to live! Apartments have so much day light and a lot of storage. Maintenance requests have been acted on quickly. I love the staff. They are so helpful.

We are occupying a fully furnished apartment here at Springetts and it has everything and more we could have wanted in a temporary location while we wait for our new home to be completed just a short distance from this very central location. Management and staff have gone overboard to make us feel so glad we made the choice. Our rental includes everything from tasteful furnishings to sheets, towels, washer & dryer, 2 wide screen tvs with dvd players, fully equipped modern kitchen, balcony, lots of closet space, electricity, high speed internet, parking, pool, tennis courts, gym, full maintenance staff - all for one reasonable monthly price. This place went downhill since covid. Waaaaay down hill. They will rent to anyone, and there's CONSTANT noise. Leaf blowers, tractors, mowers, they are OBSESSED with the grass while they raise the rent $100 each year. This place turned into a dump. Where there's noise, disregard for it being shared living space and a sickening focus on lawncare versus keeping rent low. We dont need parties and bounce houses and food trucks and ecar charging stations. We need affordable rent. I miss living here in 2013/14...

Brendan is great! He has come out twice most recently for two different issues. Not only has he done a great job, he's been so quick in coming! Thanks Brendan, I couldn't ask for better help!

Everyone is so nice, my family and I all enjoy interacting with all the employees and with fellow residents. We've had a couple encounters with the maintenance crew and they have also been friendly and. knowledgeable. I would highly recommend these apartments to my family and friends.
