Springdale Apartments

This apartment complex should be condemned. It's one of many ran by the same individuals. My daughter lived there for a year never late on rent. She reported roaches and mice repetitively. They would send pest control only to her place claiming they could not go into her other people's units. I have video of Lanesha (not sure the spelling) admitting to that. We turned in keys before august.01 and Tina did not report she had moved out or even do the walk through until after sep.01 and now they are charging fees for who knows what. She deserves her full deposit back. This apartment damn near made her a mental mess. With mice in the wall and roaches breeding in the warmth of the refrigerator unit. It was getting so bad they were in the smoke alarms triggering the alarms off. She called me at

my husband and i have lived here for 2 years. the first year was not so bad, generally quiet, nice neighbors, only had seen a couple roaches (i had thought maybe the last people here had some issues that i could easily take care of). within the last year, there has been several papers from the city for water shut offs, roaches around every single turn, mice scratching in the walls, our bath tub chipping up paint, floors are severely uneven, mice holes within our apartment, the windows are not weather sealed whatsoever, the ventilation is little to none in our back bedroom, there has been several shootings/ fights right outside our sliding glass door, maintenance individual taking pictures of my newborn without permission/ language barriers, new “call center” when trying to call for the off

The staff at Springdale Apartments are knowledgeable and trustworthy! I had no issue's getting approved and into my apartment! They worked with me in every way possible to get me into a apartment as quick as they could! Definitely recommend 👌

The apartments here are overpriced, overrun with roaches and overrun with mice! Rent is way to high for these nasty apartments and roach spraying is included in the rent??? Have not seen a single person come spray for roaches since moving in 6 months ago. These apartments should be condemned. There is no lighting when you walk out the front door and floors feel like we gonna fall through anytime to the bottom apartment. Shame on the owner(s) for not making sure the residents are safe.

I woke up this morning to no water. I went to the office and was greeted with rudeness by two ladies. After standing there for a while to be welcomed I was asked with an attitude “what can I do for you?” I mentioned the water being off and was responded to with an attitude stating that an email was sent out about the water being off. I checked my email and there was no sign of one stating that. I’ve dealt with maintenance and they were amazing, although their response to our immediate issue was delayed. I don’t appreciate being treated as if I’m an annoyance when I was giving nothing but niceness and was asking a genuine question. Next time I’m greeted with rudeness by either of the women in the office, I won’t be as nice next time.
