A terrific place to live. Great location. One and two bedroom units available based on number of tenants. Come by, pick up an application. There is a process: applications received, approved or denied to be placed on the wait-list. When an apartment becomes available prospective tenants are contacted to see if you are still interested. Rent based on your income. HUD and State and Fed funded.

Turning onto spring street is hazardous and unacceptable, it is almost impossible to see past all the cars parked on the street up against the complex, I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure there's even cars parked in front of the fire hydrant up that street

My In-laws live here...it is such a beautiful place
