Spring Ridge Master Associates

April 2021... months (maybe even a full year) after Governor Murphy allowed parks to open and countless scientific evidence proving that outdoor play can be safe — Spring Ridge has opted to keep their playground fenced up and will not put up tennis nets for residence to play. Today they had maintenance men removing swings from the play ground. Oh and we’ve been continuously charged the same amount in our HOA fees even though our amenities have been taken from us.

Landscaping regarding shrubs, bushes, and trees was allowed to grow double it’s size over the last year . And now landscapers are just going to trim this as it’s new length 😳🤦🏻‍♀️ Some areas just look not maintained at all. It’s very sad to know what it use to look like and see how it’s maintained today .

Took them forever to open the playgrounds after the COVID restrictions, and a second summer has passed without them reopening the pool. Something tells me that there are ulterior, non-virus-related reasons for them to keep these facilities closed (yet keep charging us for them in HOA fees). Sigh...

Everyone I've dealt with in this association is so rude and condescending. Additionally, getting anyone to actually take action on something is nearly impossible. That on top of their onslaught of rules makes the HOA not really worth it. I have countless specific examples. A few have finally been resolved however it took jumping through hoops and/or escalating issues.

Came home tonight with rocks in all the non reserved spots. Was not notified. Unacceptable I work in the business and if I did this my residents would have my head. Remove it
